True Story I placed an order with Coffee.org on Tuesday, March 2nd at 09:56 am. I received email SHIPPING information from Coffee.org at 1:59 pm the SAME DAY – a mere FOUR HOURS after placing my order! TWO days later (March 4th), my order was on my door step when I arrived home. The shipment arrived in perfect condition with a bonus chocolate chip cookie to be enjoyed with my coffee purchase. (YUM!) I have been club member with another coffee company and for the past year, I have been receiving scheduled shipments. My SCHEDULED shipment was “ready to be sent” on February 28; therefore, I was not allowed to cancel the shipment. Okay, no problem – “I” can NEVER have enough K-cups on hand. The February 28 shipment did not leave the factory until March 4th – FOUR DAYS after it was “ready to be sent”. Expected delivery of this shipment is March 11, 2010; ELEVEN DAYS after it was “ready to be sent”. You can bet: A) I would have had to run to the store for more K-cups before the “convenient” scheduled shipment arrived, and B) When it finally DOES arrive, NO cookies will be found! I have now cancelled my club membership with the “other company”. Ladies – if you ever manage to get the Green Mountain contract that so many people ask about on FB – be sure to order EARLY and expect LONG delivery times! YEAH COFFEE.ORG! -- Excellent service, communication and customer satisfaction will win every time.

Eagerly I waited checking the FedEx tracking...my package is close. Every time I hear a noise I run to the window looking for that truck. Sadly it's not them. I sit back down at my computer, look again at tracking...why I don't know. It's coming today....but when. Suddenly I hear a package being placed at my door. I jump up and run to the door. My package from Coffee.org is sitting there waiting to be opened. I yelled a "Thank you" to the driver who left as quickly as he came. Wondering if he knew of the treasure inside. Two boxes of K-cup...Cinnamon Pastry and Carmel Vanilla Nut. I tear open the box and decide upon trying the Cinnamon Pastry first...sitting sipping the much anticipated cup of coffee...I sigh, "Life is good".
